Description
The instant trespass actions were instituted by the appellant, Samuel Cooper, acting in a representative capacity as administrator of the estates of his two deceased sons, to recover damages arising from their accidental deaths by drowning. The appellees, the City of Reading and the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, were named as defendants in the actions. The appellants complaint contained four counts and asserted a cause of action against the appellees in the case of each son under both the Death Act and the Survival Act. Neither appellee filed an answer.
